1) How long does it take?

Printed: 3–5 business days to make. Handmade: 7–10 business days. Shipping: ~5–10 business days with tracking. (Timelines may vary by season; we’ll update you.)

2) Can I request edits?

Yes—1–2 free edits at the proof stage. After approval, structure is locked; only minor tweaks may be possible. (No hidden fees.)

3) What photos work best?

Bright, front-facing, sharp eyes, natural light, no heavy filters. One pet per photo if possible. (We’ll flag low-quality pics and help you choose.)

4) How do proofs work?

We send a mockup/sketch within 8-12h. Please reply within 48h. If we don’t hear back, we proceed to keep your timeline.

5) Handmade vs Printed?

Handmade = artist-made texture, one-of-a-kind (7–10 days). Printed = fast & vibrant (3–5 days). (Both include 1–2 free edits at proof.)

6) Can I cancel or change my order?

Before proof is sent: free cancel/change.
After proof approval: changes limited; cancellation may incur a production fee.

7) What if I don’t like the result?

Tell us at proof stage and use your 1–2 free edits. After approval, we can do minor tweaks where feasible.

8) What if it arrives damaged?

We’ll replace or refund. Send photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery; we’ll take care of it. (Tracked shipping; gift-ready packaging.)

9) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most regions. Duties/taxes vary by country and are shown at checkout when possible. (We declare appropriately.)

10) How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use Track Order with your email + order #.

11) Can you work from multiple photos?

Yes—upload a few and leave notes. We’ll advise the best base photo and can combine details when suitable.

12) Do you keep my photos private?

We only use them to create your piece. Sharing on our site/social happens only with your consent.
