1. Overview

We aim for a clear, fair process. Custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Damage or quality issues

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, we will replace or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order # and contact email

Photos of the product, packaging, and label

A brief description of the issue

3. Edits & approvals

1–2 free edits at the proof stage help ensure the result you want. After approval, only minor tweaks may be possible.

4. Cancellations

Before proof is sent: free cancellation.

After proof approval: cancellation may incur a 30% production fee; shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-returnable items

Custom items without defects; gift cards; final-sale items.

6. Exchanges

For defects/damage, we replace the same item; changes in size/style may incur price differences.

7. Return shipping costs

If we’re at fault (damage/defect), we cover return/replacement shipping. Otherwise, costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Refund timing

Once approved, refunds typically post in 5–10 business days to the original payment method; bank times may vary.
