By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Most items are made-to-order using your pet photos; minor color variations are normal across screens and materials.

Proof sent in 8-12h after receiving usable photos.

Please reply within 48h; to keep your timeline, we proceed if there’s no response.

1–2 free edits at the proof stage; after approval, structure is locked.

Printed: 3–5 business days; Handmade: 7–10 business days.

Shipping typically ~5–10 business days with tracking.

Before proof is sent: free changes/cancellation.

After proof approval: order enters production; cancellation may incur a production fee of 30% of the order value.

Custom items aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns. If damaged/quality issue on arrival, we’ll replace or refund; see Refund Policy below.

You retain rights to your photos. By submitting photos/stories with consent, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on our site/social.

No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use of our site or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect/incidental damages.
